DPD’s Storm Eunice Statement

Storm Eunice has resulted in severe weather warnings being in place across the UK and it’s these severe weather conditions that are impacting our delivery and collection service in a number of areas, notably the South West, South East, Wales and Scotland.

We will always do everything possible to get your parcels delivered but under these conditions, some parcels will be subject to a delay.

If we have your customers’ contact details, we will advise them directly of any delay.
Should the situation change in any way, we will, of course, keep you updated.

DPD successfully collected parcels from us on 17th February and we are aware of successful deliveries throughout the day. Please check the link above to see if your postcode is affected.

APC’s Storm Eunace Statement

We hope you are well and are keeping safe.

As we see the weather conditions worsen from the effects of Storm Eunice, the impact on driving conditions is also rapidly deteriorating. Therefore, for the safety of the drivers and members of the public alike, depots are being left with no alternatives but to either recall their drivers or shorten their driving hours to ensure their safe return to the depot.

We will do our best to advise you of certain depots in worse conditions once we have full reports.

Thankfully, APC has successfully our Saturday parcels and so we are on schedule for deliveries for Saturday 18th February. We shall await further updates.
